Find maximum, minimum point(s) of function in Maxima.

What is probably important for your studies is for you to understand how 
to do this WITHOUT using Maxima.
Think through what would you do without the computer.
Then see if you can follow the same steps WITH the computer.
If you get the same result, and if they agree with a graph, maybe you 
have confirmed your understanding.
