I would be happy to simply put this in as an additional bit of info in
the documentation, with some wording that just describes this symmetry
and points out where the negative frequencies are etc. I think a purely
example or formula based description can be difficult to figure out. I
suggested some wording in an email about the FFT to this list a couple
of weeks ago
The point is that I want the reader to easily understand what is going
on, rather than potentially spending say a week trying to figure it out
(the way i did ;-))
