I have corrected all nodes and I have supported an UTF8 manual like it
is done for the other languages. With this changes I get an info file
encoded in ISO-8859-1 for Windows in the directory de and UTF8 info file
for Linux in the directory de.utf8.
With the Lisp commands (setq *maxima-lang-subdir* "de.utf8") and
(set-pathnames) I get a correct display of German umlauts.
At last, I have to commit all this to the release branch.
