One would need to read the Wolfram|Alpha terms of usage. There is some wording 
in there about making competitive products.

Or you could email Wolfram Research to clarify the matter. That is what I did 
when I wanted to use Wolfram|Alpha to compare results from Sage, then document 
the Wolfram|Alpha results in the Sage source code.

Wolfram Research were happy for this to be done, as long as it was not an 
automated script that repeatedly called their server.
