5.9.3 branch tagged in cvs; known problems

Dear Robert san and others,

Last night, I commited three files:
command-line.lisp
mforma.lisp
openmcl-depends.mk
in the src directory.

They are for OpenMCL support. I didn't touch defsystem.lisp .
